SUPPLIER INVITATION
Bikita Rural District Council is updating its supplier register. Current and prospective suppliers are invited for vetting and enlisting on the 2017 approved supplier list.
We invite suppliers for the following products/services.
LIST OF GOODS AND SERVICES
1. STATIONERY, COMPUTERS, PRINTING SERVICES
2. OFFICE FURNITURE/CAPENTRY SERVICES
3. TELECOMUNICATIONS/TECHNOLOGICAL SERVICES
4. PROTECTIVE CLOTHING & PROMOTIONAL MATERIAL
5. TRANSPORT, VEHICLES SUPPLIES, GENERATOR & SERVICES,FUEL
6. CONSTRUCTION, SURVEY
7.CONSULTANCY SERVICES
8. CLEANING/DETERGENTS/SURGICAL -HOSPITAL EQUIPMENT
9. FIRE FIGHTING EQUIPMENT AND MAINTENANCE
10. HARDWARE, ELECTRICAL, PLUMBING, FENCING,FABRICATION
11.BOREHOLE DRILLING/MINING
12.AUCTION/DEBT COLLECTION/LEGAL ISSUES/INSURANCE
13.FOOD PROVISION,GROCERIES,CATERING SERVICES
REQUIREMENTS
Interested companies should meet the following requirements and provide the listed documents.
1. Company profile with details of nature of business and servieces provided.
2. Certified Copy Of Certificate of incorporation
3. Certified copy of CR14(Current)
4.Vat registration cerficate
5. Current ITF 263 Tax Clearance Cerficate
6. Bankers’ details
7.Vendor number
8.At least 3 reputable and verifiable references
APPLICATION PROCEDURE
All interested companies should submit their applications in sealed envelope and $10 non refundable application fee. Envelopes should be clearly marked at the top, the product or the service category and the reference number. The required documents should be submitted on or before FRIDAY 3RD FEBRUARY ,2017 AT 1600 HOURS.
