Job Description
Consultancy: End of Project Evaluation
Restless Development has been implementing a 3 year project on strengthening HIV prevention and mitigation efforts among young people in Zimbabwe. The project was implemented in 6 districts in Zimbabwe. It comes to an end in January 2017. As such Restless Development is conducting an end of project evaluation and invites suitably qualified consultants and or firms to support in this process.
The consultant(s)/agency should be able to demonstrate the following skills, knowledge and experience:
*The LEAD CONSULTANT should have an advanced degree( Masters or PhD preferred) in Social Sciences or related discipline with at least 5 years of demonstrated experience working with youth and HIV &AIDS programmes, leading evaluations and research.
*The consultant(s) should demonstrate ability to use participatory youth-led research techniques and understanding of quantitative and qualitative methods.
*Experience of planning, implementation and evaluation, ideally with a focus on Sexual and Reproductive Health and Livelihoods programmes involving young people.
*Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
*Excellent written communication and report writing skills.
