Job Description
A vacancy has arisen for a Sinor Miner position for a small to medium scale gold mine located in the Kadoma Mining Province. Suitably qualified persons are encouraged to apply.
The Position: Senior Miner
Duties and Responsibilities
-Oversee mining and safety at the mine
-Manage the production budget and product quality
-Mine planning, scheduling, budgeting, and managing production costs
-Shaft sinking, mine developing and stopping
-Manage mine personal and ensure mining equipment maintenance and availability
-Compliance with mining safety, health and environmental regulation
Qualifications
-A Diploma in Mining or Mine Managers Diploma.
-Full Mine Blasting License
-First aid certificate
-Experience in shaft equipping, development and stopping
-Clean Class four drivers license
