Job Description

The Lupane Local Board is seeking applications for the above position. The position requires an individual with proven management skills and strong administrative acumen to lead the board.

The Candidate
The Candidate should possess the following:
-At least 4 years post qualification Local Government experience in middle or senior management in an administrative position is mandatory
-At least 35 years old
-A citizen of Zimbabwe
-A clean criminal record
-A clean record of service within the local government fraternity

Key Results Areas
-Administration of Local Board
-Manage and coordinate effective and efficient administrative operations of the Board
-Supervision and control of all Board employees
-To office strategic direction and leadership to the Board and employees towards the attainment of organizational goals
-Development a robust service delivery package that will improve the lives of local people

Qualifications
-A degree from a recognized University in Administration, Local Government, Politics, Business Studies, Social Sciences or Law
-A full CIS is also acceptable
