Job Description
A Company in the Marketing Industry is inviting applications from suitable qualified candidates to apply for the following post that has been created within the Company:
The position reports to the FINANCE Manager and will be responsible for:
> Capturing sales data, prepare and analyse sales reports
> Creating spreadsheets and presentations
> Performing administrative duties and office support activities
> Maintain payroll and petty cash
> Fielding telephone calls
> Receiving and directing visitors
> Word processing
> Any other duties assigned by the Finance Manager
Minimum Qualifications
> A Degree
> Good with numbers and an analytical acumen
> Proficient with MS Word, Excel and Power Point
> Strong communication skills
> Deadline driven
