Job Description
A. Quantity Surveyor
The incentive will be responsible to the Director of Projects and Senior Management.
Qualifications
-First Degree in Quality Surveying or equivalent
-A relevant asters degree will be an added advantage
-Knowledge of claims administration and project tracking
-Strong numerical and IT skills
-Sound judgement and personal and professional integrity
Duties and Responsibilities
-Preparation of budget and cash flow for the site
-Preparation of interim evaluations
-Preparation of internal cost reports
-Measuring for the purpose of ordering materials
-Estimation and tending
-Assist in the preparation of final account
-Placing orders with subcontractors and suppliers
-Agreeing final account with the subcontract
-Any other duties as assigned from time to time
