Job Description

The Job
Reporting to the General Manager, this position will among other things be responsible for the following area:
-Plan and coordinate administrative procedures and systems and devise ways to streamline processes.
-Ensure the smooth and adequate flow o information within the store t facilitate other business operations of the store
-Monitor costs and expenses to assist in budget preparation .
-Oversee facilities services and maintenance services.
-Performance management
-Monitor inventory of office supplies and the purchasing of new material with attention to budget
-Ensure all procedures, financial reports and system for financial control are properly implemented and followed.
The Person;
By its nature the position requires an individual with the following qualifications and attributes:
-hold minimum of a Degree in Accounting or and relevant field
-at least 1 year experience at administration management level;
-high levels of computer Literacy;
-Excellent interpersonal,analytical skills;
Demonstrable high level of maturity, flexibility and commitment to work;
