Requirements
Applicants should have the following:
-A degree from a recognizable university in accounting. A full CIS or AccA or CIMA is also acceptable
-At least three years post qualification experience is an added advantage.
-At least 30 years old and mature
-A citizen of Zimbabwe
-A clen criminal record
-A clean criminal record
-A clean record of service within the local government fraternity
Major Duties
-Responsible for the maintenance of the books of Accounting for council
-Consolidation of departmental budgets and carrying out budgetary control
-Instituting internal financial controls while implementing council polices policies
-Monitoring economic developments and providing economic reports to the CEO
