Job Description

Responsibilities
-Supply Chain Management and Technical Assistance to MoHCC Directorates of Pharmacy services (DPS) and NatPharm- support MoHCC DPS to prepare supply chain work plan and monitor implementation ensure coordination between the MoHCC DPS, NatPharm, the AIDS and TB Directorate, support the Procurement and Supply Management (PSM) Committee, the National ART and PMTCT Partners Forum, ensure coordination between MoHCC DPS, ART, PMTCT and HTC programs

Qualifications and Procurement: -provide technical assistance in national quantification of HIV/AIDS , TB and OI commodities and preparations of procurement plans for HIV/AIDS,TB and OI commodities monitor the national pipeline for HIV/AIDS, TB and OI commodities support donor/ stakeholders coordination ensure procurement and delivery of HIV/AIDS commodities
Storage and Distribution - Assist NatPharm to improve storage and distribution of HIV/AIDS and other health commodities assist the MoHCC DPSto manage the Zimbabwe ART Distribution System (ZADS) analyse data generated from the LMIS reports and ensure it is used for decision making ensure that training on HIV/AIDS commodities ordering and distribution system is rolled out monitor data quality from the ART sites, support the use and enhancement of the Zimbabwe Information System for HIV AIDS Commodities (ZISHAC) to manage ARVs and related commodities, monitor the implementation of the adult tracking system for all ARVs at NatPharm, support the development, implementation an audit tracking system.

Qualifications:
-Masters degree in public health, development, or related field
-At least 8 years work experience in international public health programs
-Prior management and supervision experience, ability to contribute to capacity building efforts and work with colleagues in diverse cultures, ability to work independently and manage projects with minimal supervision, ability to work effectively with staff, partners and donors
-Computer literacy with database and demonstrated use of word processing,database and presentation software.
-Excellent writing and communication skills in English required.
Duty Station: This position is based in Harare, Zimbabwe, with possible travel to other cities and towns in Zimbabwe.Reasonable accommodation may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions .
