Responsibilities and Attributes Include:
-Excellent leadership and team building skills.
-The sales manager to lead by example i.e obtaining mandates and closing deals.
- Motivating and coaching agents to close deals.
-Good performance management skills of agents and helping them meet their daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly targets.
-Producing performance reports for the sales team, and reporting to the Managing Director.
-Developing effective training programmers that teach agents how to acquire customers that teach agents how to acquire customers, negotiate and close deals, securing financing and complementing paper work for sale.
-Ability to meet set department targets.
