Job Description
Summary: The M AND E Officer will be responsible for assisting the Head of Monitoring, Evaluation, Communication, Advocacy and Research in implementing the Africaid M and E framework and activities through planning, monitoring and evaluation. She/He will also assist in the provision of technical input on M and E program implementation and reviews through the Africaid and M&E framework as well supporting the collection and analysis of data for the consolidated indicator protocol during routines site visits data verification and mentor-ship.
Qualification and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Social Science, Demography, Statistics or related field minimum three years experience in M&E of a community based programmed focused on children, adolescents and young people living with HIV, experience in quantitative and qualitative data analysis, experience i use of statistical analysis packages, demonstrated experience in development and implementation of MER strategies, able to work independently, be delivery oriented and work to deadlines, analytical and well defined problem solving skills, excellent report writing and computer skills, and fluency in English, Shona and with knowledge of Ndebele will be a bonus.
