Job Description
Experienced skilled Sales Representative with proven performance track record required to start immediately for a Harare based position.
Duties and Responsibility:
- Personal selling of cosmetics and consumer pharmaceuticals to supermarkets
- Supervising performance of merchandisers and promoters
- Market development and product development
- Travelling extensively
- Planning, coordinating and reporting of sales function
- Planning and executing promotions e.g. in store, road shows etc.
- Planning and execution of Sales and marketing strategies
- Forecasting, budgeting and coming up with market plans
- Achievement of monthly sales volume and targets
Essential Job Skills Required:
- Sales and marketing diploma or degree
- Selling skills
- Interpersonal skills
- Problem solving skills
- Innovators and entrepreneurship skills
- High level of personal responsibility,honesty and diligent
- Good time management
- clean Class 4 drivers licence
Remuneration will be performance based weighed heavily towards commissions.
