Job Description
A leading Metropolitan Radio Station seeks to employ a Brand Manger to be based in Harare.
Duties and Responsibilities
Reporting to the Station Manager, the incumbent will be responsible for the following;
- Oversees responsibility of the Capitalk Sales and Marketing Department
- Promote and and protect the integrity of the Capitalk Brand
- Provides support and direction to the marketing personnel.
- Oversees responsibility of all revenue generation activities for Capitalk.
- Authorizes airing of all sponsored programmes, infomercials, and spot adverts.
- Provides overall Customer Relationship Management for Capitalk
- Assists the Finance Department in following up on debtors
- Oversees all brand activations and initiatives.
- Manage Social media presence, awareness and marketing.
Person Specification
The ideal candidates should be a result driven professional who should possess the following attributes:
- At least 5 o levels including English
- Diploma in Sales/Marketing or Public Relations
- Degree in Marketing will be an added advantage
- 5 years experience in related post
