The African Advanced Level Telecommunications Institute+ based in Nairobi,Kenya is a leading Intergovernmental Organisation and an ITU Centre of Excellence which is mandated with the perovisiong of Information and Communication Technology Training , Research Consultancy in English speaking Africa, invites applications to fill the following vacant post.
Position: Head.Technolgy Training
Purpose of the Job: - To satisfy sector needs in Africa for human Capital and development by identifying and developing Information Technology training interventions.
Main Functions: -Technology Knowledge leadership
-Training leadership
-Project consultancy service to both the private and public institutions in the areas of IT
-Develop and implement client solutions
-Provide Research leadership within the Institute
-Provide advisory services ton the market
-Perform any other duties as directed by Management
-Customer service
-Business Development
-Project management
Main Outcomes:
-Training interventions
-Research papers
-Project Reports
-Revenues for the Institute
Contract renewable after 3 years is persons performance satisfactory.
Qualifications and Experience:
-National of a member State of AFRALTI
-Must have demonstrable leadership
-Must have at least least 5 years of industry field advantage
-Teaching/Lecturing experience would be an advantage
-Must e a Certified Professional with a reputable organisation
