Job Description
Job Summary
To ensure adequate monitoring of the project in line with donor requirements while adding value and improving programming through timely provision of quality monitoring and evaluation information.
Key duties and Responsibilities
~Developing project M and E frameworks and regularly updating M and E activity plan
~Supporting project database, data inputs and administration.
~Designing training agenda and planning training in the district.
~Supporting the registration of project beneficiaries.
~Ensuring quality control of enumerators and M and E assistants during registration and on going data collection by conducing household economics analysis.
~Consolidating PDM, marketing and other surveys at district level for further analysis
~Monitoring and supporting data entry by M and E assistants for accuracy
Qualifications, skills and experience:
~Degree in Social Sciences/Development Studies/Statistics/Mathematics or equivalent
~3-5 years years working experience in Monitoring and Evaluation or related field.
~Experience in humanitarian and / or social protection programs
~Experience working in a communal environment and working with rural communities
~Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
~Analytical thinker who pays attention to detail
