Qualifications;
> Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, Labor Relations or a related field required
> Minimum of 5 years relevant experience gained from previous reputable retail organisations
> Must be 40 years and above
> Extensive knowledge of Labor Law
> Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
> Stronger negotiation skills
> ZIPM membership

Duties and Responsibilities
> To manage the recruitment process, oversee, track and advise on employee relations' issues
> Working closely with various departments, increasingly in a consultancy role, assisting line managers to understand and implement polices and procedures.
