Job Description
Director Technical Services
This Position reports to the General Manager. The position provides leadership in the overall development, usage, execution and management of cost effective assets acquisition, renewal, maintenance and equipment retiring strategy. The person must therefore be more than a typical engineer with strong management skills but one who understands the whole supply chain, thus unlocking capacity utilization for NRZ and reducing redundancy. This position will integrate sections to increase movable rolling stock an the back of an effective infrastructure.
The client invites applications from suitably qualified persons meeting the criteria below:
_ Seasoned professional with a degree in Engineering
-Corporate membership with a recognized Engineering Institution
-At least 10 years working experience with five years working experience at Senior Management Level.
-Demonstrable success track record.
-Membership of the Strategy Leadership Team
-Be aged between 40-55years
Possess the following core skills and competencies:
-A good grasp of trends and developments in the Transport Industry worlwide.
-Be able to be presented business
-Results driven
-A team leader with demonstrable ability to motivate staff
-Project Manager skills
