HARTZELL HIGH SCHOOL:
APPLICATIONS ARE INVITED FOR THE POST OF:
BOARDING MASTER
Job Specifications:
In charge of catering and accomodation services and general welfare of students
Chairing housemaster meetings
Approving entertainment program in the school
Coordinating wardens
Coordinating the issuance of leave passes in the school
Coordinating the hiring of school accomadation facilities
Supervising all kitchen staff
Supervising dinning hall activities
Preparing and supervising timetables for boarding programs
Attending disciplinary hearings and meetings
Preparing the school’s weekly notice
Preparing weekly inspection duty roaster for houses and dormitories
Attending staff meetings for the school
REQUIREMENTS
At least 5 ‘O’ Level subjects including Maths and English
Certficate, Diploma or Degree in Education
Professional qualification in leadership especially in school environments
5 years or more in leadership of educational institutions
A mature person is above who is above 45 years of age
Should be a Christian of good standing and preferably a member of the UNITED METHODIST CHURCH
