f)Financial reporting
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate must possess the following:
Bachelor`s degree in Accounting/Finance
Full Professional membership and qualifications: CA , CIMA ,ACCA/MBA
Minimum of 8 years` relevant work experience
Must be an excellent communicator and team player
Demonstrated leadership ability

2. Executive Assistant

Responsibility
The job holder will be responsible for the following key result areas:
a) Strategy formulation ,implemantation ,analytics and reporting
b) Special projects
c)Administrative Support to the CEO
Qualifications
The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications:
Bachelor`s degree in Business Studies/ Finance/Economics/Accounting/Law
Minimum of 5 years’ relevant work experience
Membership to relevant professional body

3. Investments Manager

Responisibility

Qualifications:

Msc Finance and Investments or equivalent

Full professional qualifications: CFA or equivalent

4. Principal Pensions Office

Responsibility
The job holder will be responsible for the following key result areas:
a) Pensions Administration
b) Pensions Payment
c) Members Communication
d) Records Management Syste
e) Budget preparation and control
Qualifications
The ideal candidates must possess the following qualifications:
Bachelor`s degree in Business Studies ,Insurance Management
Plus IIZ Diploma In Insurance
Minimum of 8 years` relevant work experience
Membership of a relevant professional body is a must

5.Internal Auditor

Responsibility:
The job holder will be responsible for the following key result areas:
a) Policy formulation
b)Audit Plan
c)Audit field work
d)Investigations
e)Report Writing
f) Risk Management

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate must possess the following:
Bachelor`s degree in Accounting/Finance/Business Studies/Risk Management

Responsibility:
The job holder will be responsible for the following key result areas:
a) Accounting
b)Treasury Activities
c) Rent debtor`s collection
d) Preparation of financial statements
e)Preparation of management reports
f)Preparation of quarterly and annual statutory returns
g)Preparation of budgets and budgetary control
h)Liason with External Auditors
Qualifications:
