Job Description

Qualifications;
> Minimum 5 O'levels including English
> Diploma in Secretarial or Administration
> Experience: 5-10 years of related experience
> Expert user MS Word, Excel, Outlook and front desk software applications
> Excellent communication skills
> Well versed in managing multiple line phone system
> Committed to provide exceptional customer service to clients and teammates
> Must have at least 5 years experience in a busy retail company
> Must be 30 - 45 years of age
> PR qualifications an added advantage
Job Specification - Principal Responsibilities
> Responsible for providing front end customer service in addition to secretarial, clerical and administrative support to ensure that company's front desk objectives are met in an effective and efficient manner
